Seth’s education, work, and teaching have given him extensive knowledge in the area of Hawaiʻi real estate law. Beginning his career in some of Hawaiʻi’s largest and most prestigious law firms, Seth honed his skills by working on complex real estate projects in which he gained broad experience in property due diligence, land use and zoning, title and survey review, drafting real estate documents, reviewing title policies, and more.

Seth has now transitioned to a boutique real estate firm where he developed his reputation in the community as a trusted real estate expert. Here, Seth diversified his experiences in real estate transactions, big and small. Seth represented large developers, such as Stanford Carr Development, in complex financing, acquisition, and development projects. Simultaneously, he represented small businesses and first-time homebuyers to ensure that even the little guy was receiving exceptional legal counsel in real estate deals.
